Each sloyd knife is handmade by me. (Read more about this here.) I try to achieve reasonably uniform specifications, but there may be up to a quarter inch discrepancy in the blade length and a half inch in the overall length from their stated nominal dimensions. Wood species for handles will vary, but will always be a quality hardwood such as ash, maple, walnut, hickory, black locust, honey locust, cherry, elm, or oak. Particular handle species may be available upon request depending upon current stock, but cannot be guaranteed (contact us for more information if you have a species preference).
